FLASHBACK: Sebelius Promises Working ObamaCare Website by November 30th

SEBELIUS: "Congresswoman, I can tell you that the assessment that we have made is that it will take until the end of November for an optimally functioning website. I know that the only way I can restore confidence that get it right is to get it right. So I have confidence, but I know that, um, it isn't fair to ask the American public to take our word for it. I've got to fix this problem, and we are underway doing just that."
ESHOO: "But are you confident that, I think I said November 31st, which is, does not exist. But uh, November 30th, you have confidence in November 30th?"
SEBELIUS: "I do."
