Dana Loesch: I Would Love to See the President Shut Down the Gov’t and Challenge Dems

‘This was the top issue, why people voted, not just for this president but for this administration, and it continues to be a top concern for voters across the country’

EXCERPT:

BILA: "A bill to avoid a government shutdown now in the hands of the House. But without funds for the wall lawmakers like this one we spoke to moments ago, urged the president to strike it down."
[clip starts]
MEADOWS: "When are we going to fight? You know we suggesting that when the Democrats have control in February that somehow our position is going to improve? There is no one at the West Wing that believes, there is no one on main street that believes that, and quite frankly now is the time to fight."
[clip ends]
KILMEADE: "Nationally syndicated radio host Dana Loesch joins us now to react. Dana, I know how the president feels but I just don’t know what type of political maneuvering he has left?"
LOESCH: "Well, good morning to everyone --"
HENRY: "Good morning."
LOESCH: "-- and Merry Christmas to you all."
BILA: "Merry Christmas."
LOESCH: "I -- I would love to see the president -- I think the president could do this, he could just go ahead and shut down the border and then shut down the government and then challenge Democrats to do something about it. For those Republicans in Congress who refuse to stand on their own, perhaps they would need a little urging from the president of the United States. This was the top issue, why people voted, not just for this president but for this administration, and it continues to be a top concern for voters across the country. They’re concerned about border security.”
