Morning Joe: Hillary Clinton’s Poor Foreign Policy Record Will Be a Big Issue

‘You can look at a lot of things Hillary Clinton said about Russia, a lot of things she said about Syria, a lot of things she said about getting the troops out of Iraq ...’

SCARBOROUGH: "You know what, Chuck? Most of the time, it is the economy. Sometimes tough you have something like the Iranian hostage crisis, or chaos across, the world that combines with struggling economy to create a toxic mix. Democrats like just to talk about Benghazi as it relates to Hillary Clinton, but you can look a lot of things Hillary Clinton said about Russia, a lot of things she said about Syria, a lot of things she said about getting the troops out of Iraq, and you can  look at a chaotic world in the Middle East, and it's not too hard for political candidates or opponents at least to draw a straight line between her work as secretary of state and what's going on now across the world."

TODD: “Look, I agree that it could be a big general election issue."
