SPEIER: "Well, I think it’s an impeachable offense in that he had directed the payments. It was intended to violate the federal laws as it relates to campaign contributions. And it was done intentionally so that the women would not speak up and throw the election to Hillary Clinton. So it was a rigged campaign all right. It was rigged by Donald Trump. Now, we’ve seen it from that component. What we’re still looking at, of course, is was it also rigged in conjunction with the Russians and Wikileaks, which if that were to come to be, then you have a very explosive situation on your hands."
