Because on the west side of the capitol, president George Bush was giving his inaugural address that time. He was talking about a Kinder, gentler nation. He talked about the day of the dictator is over. And today you see around the world the rise of authoritarianism. I wouldn’t describe America today as kinder and gentler. Over 30 years, a lot has changed.”
