SPICER: “Frankly, I also think that if it doesn’t get done this session, even with the Democrats taking control of the House, that could easily happen next time. The President by not only maintaining but growing the lead of Republicans in the Senate, will be able to continue to get nominations through, all those judges, all the other folks who work in government, but I think the big difference is in the next 11 days his key priorities only have a shot of getting done, because once the Democrats take over the House the legislative piece of his agenda will really get narrowed. So it's not just the criminal justice, but any kind of hope for serious funding for border wall has to happen in the next few days, because after you lose the House of Representatives I don’t see Nancy Pelosi doing anything to help him on that front."
