MSNBC: CIA Concludes Saudi Crown Prince Ordered Khashoggi Killing

‘The New York Times reports that the CIA had been hesitant to definitively point fingers but made the assessment based on intercepts’

EXCERPT:

BRZEZINSKI: “NBC News has learned the CIA has concluded that Saudi Arabian crown prince Mohammed bin Salman ordered the killing of 'Washington Post' columnist Jamal Khashoggi, according to a person briefed on the intel agency's assessments. The Saudi Kingdom continues to claim that MBS had no knowledge of the operation despite several of his top aides being involved. The kingdom’s explanation for the killing has changed at least six times since October 2nd, originally maintaining that Khashoggi left the consulate on his own shortly after entering, to now claiming that a 15-member team killed him using a drug while trying to either persuade or force him back to Saudi Arabia.”
