The Obama administration faces “an uphill climb” trying to convince the public that the Guantanamo Bay detention center needs to be closed, says columnist George Will.

“The administration’s two arguments are passing strange,” Will explained, appearing on Fox News Sunday. “One is that it’s expensive. Whatever it costs it’s a rounding error on the GM bailout; I mean, it’s nothing in terms of the federal budget.”
