CHALIAN: “I will say, in talking to both Democrats and Republicans, I think that the overall consensus among people working on these House races still think this day, two weeks out, it is probably more likely than not that the Democrats flip the House. But I will tell you this. On this day, I have never heard both parties so convinced about the possibility that Republicans could maintain control of the House. That is more true today, according to these strategists than in any day in the last year and a half of this cycle."
