Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's oldest biological child, Shiloh, turned heads at the premiere of Jolie's film Unbroken by joining brothers Maddox and Pax dressed in a suit and a short haircut.

The celebrity couple has long been open about Shiloh's decision to identify as male. Shiloh has expressed a desire to be referred to as "John," according to several reports.

The Telegraph took the opportunity to interview a clinical psychologist, who says it's natural for children to explore genders.

Whatever Shiloh ultimately decides, Jolie and Pitt say their child has their support.
