BUSCAINO: "We're saying this to Donald Sterling. The price of admission if you want to come in to Watts is $30 million. Keep your plastic toys, and I'll tell you why. The $30 million is going to be needed to reform a transformative project at Jordan Downs housing development. Recently, we -- two federal grants were denied in Watts and that $30 million is going to be needed to transform Jordan Downs. So, Mr. Sterling, we are saying if you want to come in to Watts and invest -- we're good with toys, bring in some dollars."
