HALEY: "First of all, it is a major step that they're not testing. That's no small feat. All through 2017, we were constantly seeing ballistic missile tests. The fact they stopped that, the fact that two leaders in Korea shook hands and said they want to denuclearize and want peace is no small thing. The fact that at their parade they didn't show off nuclear weapons for the first time is a major accomplishment. Look, we are far from reaching the end of this. What we want to focus on is denuclearization with verification. We need to make sure that north Korea knows what we mean by denuclearization and enforce sanctions because that's what brought them to the table in the first place and I think that's what we'll continue to do."
