According to CNN legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin, if Christine Blasey Fordreally wants to have any chance of stopping Brett Kavanaugh‘s confirmation to the Supreme Court, she must agree to testify in next week’s hearing with the Senate Judiciary Committee.

In a conversation with Anderson Cooper, Toobin said Kavanaugh’s confirmation is practically inevitable unless Ford appears on Monday to testify about her claim that the judge sexually assaulted her.
