They have produced or talked about the existence of a letter that no civilian has seen from a woman whose identity nobody knows that accuses Kavanaugh of unspecified sexual conduct apparently 35 years ago. We don’t know the year. He was in high school at the time. He has denied the allegations to the extent he has even heard them. Democrats passed this letter to the F.B.I. For reasons they’ve never explained. The F.B.I. Said we’re not investigating this. Despite all of that, the transparent attempt to wreck a man’s life because he is in the way of their acquisition of power, some Democrats are saying this letter is enough that Kavanaugh ought to withdraw."
