Thursday, Dec. 18, 2014, after a final hearing before his trial begins in January. Teyer is the mother-in-law of Ibragim Todashev, who was shot to death by an FBI agent in May 2013 in Orlando, Fla., while he was being questioned about Dzhokhar's brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is charged with carrying out the April 2013 attack that killed three people and injured more than 260. He could face the death penalty if convicted.
