EXCERPT:

DERSHOWITZ: "That’s a factual matter. As I have said from the beginning, I think all the recent developments prove what I have been saying for several months. Number one, that the Mueller investigation is really not what has to worry Trump. The Mueller investigation has constitutional defenses, obstruction of justice, Russia, all of that. There are constitutional defenses. The real worry is the Southern District of New York, which is looking into kind of technical, corporate violations. Again, proving that we didn’t need a special counsel. That the real issues could be investigated and are being investigated by the Southern District of New York. They are the office that’s giving immunity to the executives of the corporations, other people. And so I think any vulnerabilities that the campaign has will be in the Southern District of New York and not in Mueller’s investigation."
