And from the assessments we have seen both in public sources, conversations I have had with officials in non-classified settings, I think there is a great concern that they continue to violate United Nations sanctions, violate our sanctions, and move forward with a nuclear program. Now, the maximum pressure doctrine worked to bring them to the table. The maximum pressure doctrine has kept them from testing missiles at least over the last several months, but more work clearly needs to be done."
