During an appearance on MSNBC’s AM Joy on Sunday, Rep. Maxine Waters had some strong words for both Republicans and President Donald Trump.
After remarking on Trump’s apparent willingness to work with Trump and noting that she was not surprised by what happened in Helsinki, Waters said this about the president: “I think he is Putin’s apprentice. He’s been under his tutelage for a long time now… And the Republican party should be ashamed that they are allowing it to happen.”
