STEWART: "I am honestly not sure what he means by that. If we’re talking about cyberattacks, I can tell you as of last week, they were. I think as of yesterday they were. Now maybe he has some agreement or some mechanism in place they’ve agreed not to do that. I hope that that’s true. But I would like to have him further explain what he means by that."
