One of the most important things with receipt — he recognized that he had a problem with the intelligence community. It’s important to have a good relationship with them because you have to rely on them. Your responsibility is to protect the American people and you can’t do that if you don’t have Intel and a good relationship. Words do matter. They have consequences. Being nice is fine but I also think in this case, to your point about the deeds, he does the right thing and says the wrong thing. It’s better than to say the right things and do the wrong things, but you could have both."
