Sunday morning on ABC's 'This Week,' Trump legal team spokesman Rudy Giuliani said the Mueller probe targeting President Trump was "the most corrupt investigation I have ever seen" and said he was amazed "that the Justice Department is allowing it to go forward."

"How you could end up hiring a group of people that are as prejudiced and biased as this group is extraordinary," the former prosecutor said about the investigation into Russia's alleged meddling in the 2016 election. "And then how you could expect us to just walk our -- our client like a lamb going to the slaughter, we wouldn’t be lawyers if we would do that."

"I’ve never seen an investigation with texts from FBI agents [disparaging the president during and after the election]. Now seven of them that have such extraordinary bias against the person... That's the investigation he inherited, and a lot of the testimony he inherited," he explained.
