CARDIN: "Well, look, clearly the Republican leader's being hypocritical by saying we have enough time, even though you have a few months before an election where he denied President Obama’s choice where we had 11 months before the election. That’s just being hypocritical. We will use every tool at our disposal so the American people understand what’s at stake here about the person who's nominated by the president.
