CNN Correspondent: Democrats Will Impeach Trump If They Take Back the House (NTK Network)

CNN’s special correspondent Jamie Gangel said Thursday that if Democrats retake the House in 2018 they will bring forward articles of impeachment against President Trump.

CNN’s Wolf Blitzer asked Gangel how politically damaging the separation of children from their parents along America’s southern border has been to Trump.

“To steal the president’s favorite word, huge,” Gangel said. “The Republicans I spoke to who met with him on the House [side] said he understands. He gets it, the impact that this is having on him politically.”
