Mark Meadows: We’re Introducing a Bill Later Today that Address the Issue of Family Separation

‘It deals with this issue that we’re having at the border with the separation of children from their parents’

EXCERPT:
MEADOWS: "Brian, we’ll introduce later today a piece of legislation that is actually more narrow that the two pieces the President will be talking about with members of Congress this afternoon. What it does, it deals with this issue that we’re having at the border with the separation of children from their parents. It also deals with some of the asylum issues at the border, but it takes out some of the more controversial issues like sanctuary cities, the wall, DACA, it keeps it very narrow. 77 pages that focus just on this. Hopefully we can get both Democrats and Republicans to come together and actually solve this problem. We've shared that with the administration, also shared it with our leadership. So hopefully it provides a path forward if the other two bills that we have do not go anywhere."
