PAYNE: "Here is something interesting that people don’t know. When we formed NAFTA, there was a loophole for the unfiltered milk which is used for yogurt and things like that. So our American farmers are making $150-$150 million on it. The Canadian dairy farmers got upset. So they put a tariff on that. That was a couple of years ago. So when I hear a description that somehow we are mistreating our friends, I’m like come on, guys, it's not -- that's -- that's a false narrative right there. There is a also the false narrative that somehow the tariffs are not in play already. Canada has 19,500 tariffs. Every country uses them."
