BIGGS: "I think Robert Mueller and his team are so entrenched, they have spent so much money they have to produce a result of some kind. But there is nothing there. Otherwise we would have heard about it. So I think they will keep pushing and I think it’s Congress’ duty to intercede. And I think, quite frankly, it’s Jeff Sessions’ obligation to make sure this investigation gets pulled and gets shut down. That is what needs to happen."
