‘Good Morning America’ Gushes over Obama Netflix Deal: ‘They Got Paid!’

SPENCER: “Former President Barack Obama has confirmed he and his wife Michelle have signed a multiyear deal with the streaming service Netflix. Netflix confirmed the deal includes unscripted series, documentaries and features. The former president said in a statement that he and the former first lady, quote, 'Hope to cultivate and curate the talented, inspiring, creative voices who are able to promote greater empathy and understanding between peoples, and help them share their stories with the entire world.' Netflix not releasing any financial details on the deal.
