BAIER: "Well, I think one thing is clear about President Trump. He really doesn’t like anything that President Obama did. I think you can see a long list of things that he has gotten out of, pulled out of, ripped up. The Iran deal being one of the latest. I think his doctrine probably is a strength doctrine to talk tough and back up what you say and then to negotiate when you get there. I don’t know if it will happen with Iran, but think of it. You have two nuclear issues here, North Korea and Iran, and you are possibly heading into negotiations on both of them."
