HEMMER: "Is there new hope for three Americans detained in North Korea? Three men shown here may have been moved recently to the capital city. And the president tweeted this in the last 24 hours: 'As everybody is aware, the past Administration has long been asking for three hostages to be released from a North Korean Labor camp, but to no avail.
