New York Governor Andrew Cuomo (D-NY) announced on Wednesday that he will be issuing an executive order that would prevent U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents from entering state facilities without a warrant.

“I will also be issuing an executive order that says that ICE cannot enter a state facility or state building without a valid judicial warrant,” Cuomo told reporters, during a press conference regarding recent ICE raids.
