Texas Cops Caught on Tape Joking About Rape of Random Woman (Mediaite)
The Austin Police Department is currently investigating a pair of its officers whose dashboard camera recorded them joking about the rape of a random woman who was walking near their vehicle.
A local attorney obtained the video through a records request and posted it to YouTube with the description of the two officers as “yucking it up.” The cops, later identified as Mark Lyttle and Michael Castillo can be heard joking about what would happen if they ignored crimes for a week:
