Wisconsin Joins List of States Whose Citizens Can’t Enroll on ObamaCare Website

ANCHOR: "Well, two weeks in to enrollment for the Affordable Care Act and people are still reporting several problems with the federal website healthcare.gov. Certification of certified application counselors with access to community health center’s medicine say the site is working better than it did when enrolment opened October 1st. People can now complete their applications, but they are still having trouble verifying their identities on the website, which means ultimately they can’t fully enroll.”
