Rocah: Trump’s Wrong, Cohen Warrant Does Not ‘Trample’ on Attorney-Client Privilege

‘Everything I’ve seen about this warrant application, it doesn’t come close to tramping on the attorney/client privilege’

EXCERPT:

ROCAH: "What they’ve been trying to say, the smoke screen, if you will, that they’re throwing up, is about attorney/client privilege and how those rights are being trampled. And I will tell you that everything I’ve seen about this warrant application, is that it doesn’t even come close to trampling on the attorney/client privilege because, what it is looking, is looking at Cohen, the businessman, not Cohen the lawyer. And if you’re a businessman who happens to have a law degree, you’re still just a businessman. And you can’t shield your dirty business with a law degree. And that’s what they’re really trying to do."
