HLN host S.E. Cupp called out the United Nations for “metaphorically masturbating” amid the international attention the chemical attack that took place in Syria, which was allegedly carried out by forces connected to the Bashar al-Assad regime.

Cupp opened her segment by slamming Barack Obama‘s “red line” chemical weapons policy, which he infamously backed off of by punting the issue to Congress. The issue was then debated on Capitol Hill, but action against Assad for crossing the “red line” was ultimately never taken.

“Nobody was held accountable for the attack,” lamented Cupp. “Not by the US, and certainly not by the UN.”
