WHITBECK: "There are six steps you have to go through to get an actual -- excuse me, to get these records between Michael Cohen and -- and Donald Trump. And one of the most important steps is sort of the siphoning off, what's often known as a clean team with the FBI, to handle the attorney-client privileged information to make sure that investigators don’t get their hands on it. So imagine this, the FBI, which is the one that's investigating along with the special counsel, is the one that is -- is — we are going to trust to hold onto this information. It's -- the attorney-client privilege is under attack here. And this is amazing stuff."
