Rep. McSally: ‘We Can’t Afford Not to Secure Our Border’

McSALLY: "We need to do whatever it takes to secure our border. What I’m trying to say is, these national guardsmen are actually going to be getting training in their career fields and doing things that actually help with their capabilities should they need to deploy. So if you have an intelligence analyst who is helping with border security, it builds their skills as part of their training if they have to deploy somewhere else. So it is not either/or. For the people I represent on the border, we can’t afford not to secure the border. And until the Democrats stop obstructing, until we build the wall and get the agents we need, we have to do this. It’s the right thing to do."
