BASH: “And you know, who was not apparently concerned about the leak was the President. He didn’t even seem to care about it. In fact, he embraced basically his own actions in that set of Twitter tweets yesterday. He said, 'Look, I did congratulate him,' and he’s very open and overt about his pro-Russian foreign policy. And I think the President actually was fine with the fact that this got out. He may have even potentially been behind it. I think he wants to show everybody that he is very pro-Russian.”
