PSAKI: "She can be. I think that she’s somebody who doesn’t get nearly enough credit for making health care law. And that’s a reality. At the same time, if you talk to Democrats on the Hill, there’s a movement among 30-somethings on the Hill, among newer members who want new leadership at some point. Does that mean they want new leadership in November? It’s a little bit unclear. But I think that is coming. So I think the question is, is she going to do that on her own terms? And the bigger question is probably, who’s going to challenge her? Which is what would also keep her in leadership, in her position, because nobody is going to challenge her. There’s infighting within the Democratic Party."
