Mark Warner: Senate Intel Committee Sees No Evidence to Contradict Finding Putin Favored Trump

‘I have as many questions, if not more question today than I had six months ago’

RUSH EXCERPT:
WARNER: "I believe in the assessment that they spent months working on, across the board saying that the Russians had a favorite candidate, that it was Mr. Trump and he won. They hacked into Hillary Clinton’s e-mail. That was to hurt Clinton and to help trump.
RAJU: "Do you have evidence to substantiate the intelligence committee’s assessment that Putin tried to help Trump?"
WARNER: "We’ve been on this about 14 months. We have seen nothing that takes away from the unanimous assessment. The CIA, the FBI, the director of national intelligence, the national security administration, the NSA have all concluded that the Russians had a preferred candidate."
RAJU: "They said they’ve seen no evidence of collusion in the Trump campaign. Do you agree with that?
WARNER: "I have as many questions, if not more question today than I had six months ago. What I’ve said throughout this whole investigation, I’m going to reserve my final judgment until the end of the investigation. We continue to interview witnesses regularly. We have more scheduled next month. We have a lot of them that I want to come back because our interviews have been done by staff.
