Fox News: Trump’s Attorney Cohen Used Trump Org Email While Arranging $130K Payment

GALLAGHER: "Stormy Daniels’ attorney says he’s come across an mil that was to a bank that Michael Cohen issued on a Trump organization e-mail. We’ll hear from the other parties involved here, what difference does it make what e-mail address you use, but the point that he’s trying to make here is if he was using a trump organization e-mail to either make the payment or negotiate the terms of the NDA, as has been claimed by sources, then the president had to know about it. Michael Cohen has said the president didn’t know about this, the Trump campaign not involved. He says, quote, once again the idea that Mr. Cohen was doing this for his client is ridiculous, nonsense, unbelievable, the list goes on and on. I spoke to Michael Cohen a short time ago. He wouldn’t speak on the record at least about the using his e-mail. What he did say was that the agreement — this is a nondisclosure agreement, speaks for itself, meaning it is a two-party agreement between the company that Cohen put together and/or the president and stormy Daniels. It’s a binding agreement which is really to say, trace, he believes all these discussions out there is merely meant to prove their case. He says this is a binding agreement, you can’t get out of it."
