BLITZER: "That $120 million was appropriatated back in 2016 and you’re right, none of it has been spent by the state Department. Who do you blame for that?"
GARAMENDI: "President and Tillerson. Who else to blame? They’re running the operation. Tillerson knew the money was there. If he didn’t know, that’s a dereliction also. And Tillerson happened to be the best buddy of Putin. So he’s Putin’s buddy. Do you think he’ll use that money to push book Putin? What’s going on? Why can’t the president push book Russia? Why can’t the president protect America from meddling in our elections? I think the answer is, we’ll find out if the investigations continue."
