Speaker Ryan echoed the concerns of his Republican and Democratic colleagues, said the move by the President could damage the U.S. economy and start a trade war. In a statement from his office, Ryan said, 'We’re extremely worried about the consequences of a trade war and are urging the White House not to advance with this plan.
