Jack Keane: Iran Is Trying to Destroy Israel But Israel Won’t Put up with It

KEANE: "Yeah, he’s going to. I mean, I spoke at length with Senator Graham and his office on Friday, after his you know return from the -- from the theater. I mean, we've been watching this every single day over at the Institute for the Study of War and I can tell you for a fact, the Iranians are running the war in Syria and they are consolidating their gains with the Russians and they are encroaching on Israel. Every year since 1980 they said this, we intend to dominate and control the Middle East. To do that who things must happen, drive the United States out, destroy the state of Israel. They've got 160,000 rockets and missiles that the Iranians have placed in southern Lebanon with the Hezbollah. They’re now trying to put missile and rocket bases in Syria so they can fire on Israel from multiple locations and overwhelm the missile defense. The Israelis are not going to put up with this. What president -- Prime Minister Netanyahu is going to tell the president today, is simply this, look it, Iran is getting closer and closer to a war with us. He said I’m not going to put up with this. I will go full throttle into Lebanon, if this happens. And I will take down all of those missile sites and bases in southern Lebanon and this time I’m not going to leave. I will not leave Lebanon. I will take down Gaza and I'm not going to leave. That is the message he’s going to convey to him and he wants the president to do more in Syria than what he’s doing."
