Parkland’s Hogg: Trump’s in Charge of the Bureaucracy and as Such He Is Responsible for the FBI Failures

There's nothing we can do to change what happened in the past only what happened in the future. It’s awful. It shouldn’t have happened. He is in charge of the bureaucracy and as such, he is responsible for the FBI. And as such, he's responsible for what happened with miscommunications."
