Parkland’s Hogg on Trump Jr. Liking a Tweet Alleging He’s Acting: ‘These People Have Lost Their Faith in America’

‘I am so sorry that these people have lost their faith in America’

HOGG: "I am so sorry that these people have lost their faith in America. I know I certainly haven't. The fact that these people refuse to believe that something like this could happen is something that all of us don't want to believe but the sad truth is that it is. These people saying this is absolutely disturbing and I am not an actor in any sense, way, shape or form. I am a son of a former FBI agent and I was true. I am not a crisis actor. I am somebody who had to live through this and witness this. It is unbelievable to me that these people are saying this. And the fact that Donald Trump Jr. Liked the post is disgusting to me and it is also false in terms of the sense that these people keep saying that I am anti Second Amendment and I am not. I want every American to be able to own a gun that has a mentally stable mind. A person that has a credible background that doesn't have previous major convictions. Those are the people that are at fault here. I do not want to take away the constitutional rights of American citizen. With freedom of speech, you can't say something that causes direct danger, I want that to be the same way, you know how you can't say there is a fire in a move vie theater. We want to have more safety checks."
