Sen. Kay Hagan Refuses To Say if Obama’s Policies Are on the November Ballot

‘I think North Carolinians want a common sense voice’

Dem Senator Refuses To Say If President Obama’s Policies Are On November Ballot (Washington Free Beacon)

Sen. Kay Hagan (D., N.C.) refused to say whether President Obama’s policies were on the ballot or not during a debate with opponent Thom Tillis.

George Stephanopoulos referenced a comment President Obama made last week regarding the midterm elections: “My policies are on the ballot. Every single one of them.”

Hagan refused to provide a definitive answer, and instead attacked her opponent, Republican Thom Tillis, for making her sound like a mouthpiece for the president.

“This race is about who is going to represent North Carolina in the U.S. Senate and I think North Carolinians want a common sense voice,” Hagan said.
