Republican David Perdue revved up the crowd at Georgia’s U.S. Senate debate Tuesday, charging that a vote for his opponent, Democrat Michelle Nunn, is a vote for Sen. Harry Reid.

“I’m getting a little bored hearing this ‘I’m going to work across the aisle,’ when nobody on the Democratic side has decided they want to work across the aisle with Republicans,” Perdue said to the cheering crowd.

The audience continued to applaud as Perdue criticized Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid for flatly ignoring his Republican colleagues.
