Shep Smith: Trump Placing DOJ and FBI ‘Under Fire’ Could Be a Precursor to a ‘Constitutional Crisis’ (Mediaite)

Fox News’ Shepard Smith is trying to be the voice of reason on a network that often gives in to the fever swamp.

On Thursday’s Shepard Smith Reporting, Smith recapped some of the back-and-forth on the Nunes memo, including Rep. Adam Schiff‘s assertion – and Rep. Devin Nunes‘ confession – that Nunes had altered the memo sent to the White House from the one reviewed by the House Intelligence Committee.

He also touched on the possibility that White House Communications Director Hope Hicks participated in obstruction of justice, according to people familiar with an impending interview between former Trump legal spokesperson Mark Corallo and special counsel Robert Mueller.
