DELAY: "It looks like there’s a shutdown. I think they are working very hard, it’s a signal that Schumer went to the white House, I imagine they’re looking very hard for some face savings, something that really has no impact on the legislation to give to Schumer so he can get out of the mess that he’s created for himself. So we’ll see at midnight tonight, but if there is a shutdown, it could last a while."
