Pete Aguilar: Trump ‘Has Evolved on a Number’ of Issues on Border Security and Immigration

‘We’re looking for any opportunity we can to find common ground’

EXCERPT:

AGUILAR: "Well, look, we’re looking for any opportunity we can to find common ground. And clearly, what the President said and what General Kelly said, he has evolved on a number of these issues, sometimes day-to-day. So all we can control is making sure that we're developing the broadest coalition we can in order to achieve legislative success. We think that if you want to just boil this down to something quickly that can move, DACA fix paired with border security is the right place to land. That’s what we’ve been working on."
